The M.A. case being No.10/2024 is taken- up for hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant, in M.A. case being No.10/2024, stated that the address of O.P. No.1 should be amended, as sought for in the said petition, as because the notice upon O.P.No.1 has been returned with an endorsement ‘Returned’, address cannot be located.

O.P. No.3 raised no objection against the said M.A. case.

Having considered the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant, we are of opinion, that the amendment as sought for is very simple in nature and if allowed, will not change the nature and character of the complaint case. So, the amendment as sought for may be allowed.

Hence, it is

Ordered

that M.A. case being No.10/2024 is hereby allowed on contest but without any cost.

Amend the Cause Title of the complaint and register accordingly.

Complainant is directed to file amended complaint along with the requisite for service of notice upon O.P. No.1 in its new address on the next date.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.

The M.A. case being No.10/2024 is thus disposed off.    

To 27.02.2024   for appearance of the O.P. No.2 with W/V positively i.d., necessary order and filing of amended complaint with requisite by the complainant.
