          Both the parties filed hazira. Advocate for O.P. filed written argument. Heard. Perused the record. It is the submission of O.P. that the Complainant is engaged himself as directors in a number of companies and not a person having self employment for earning his livelihood. As per definition of ‘Consumer’ u/s 2(7) of the C.P. Act, 2019 the Complainant is not a consumer of the O.P. and accordingly on the point of maintainability in preliminary issue the Complaint is dismissed.

Later

Advocate for Complainant filed the objection serving a copy to the O.Ps. Heard.

The case is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
