None present for both the sides. Perusal of the Record & Proceding shows that this commission issued notices on 9/1/14 to both the parties for hearing on 25/3/14, but no report about service of notice to the appellant is received. However we presume that the notice is duly served to the appellant as it was issued on correct address as shown in the appeal memo. But none appeared for the appellant on last date and today also.  Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. However, it is seen  that this Commission received copy of an agreement dated 25/3/2001 from the appellant by post. It is stated in the said agreement that both the parties have arrived at settlement out of the Commission. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.
