This complaint is coming before us for hearing and Sri P.Venu, Advocate for the complainant and Sri M.Ravindra Reddy, Advocate for the opposite parties and this Forum made the following:
The complainant filed this complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and prays to direct the opposite parties 1 to 3 of IRCS Cancer Hospital, Nellore for causing death of wife of the complainant by willful negligence and deficiency in service and to pay medical expenses incurred on the patient, wife of the complainant pertaining to the Medical bills and receipts in all counts and to pay compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- to the complainant and to award costs of entire legal expenses.

This complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 3 claiming compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- and costs.
Complainant called absent. No representation on behalf of the complainant. Inspite of sufficient time was given, both parties failed to file their affidavits.
Hence, in this circumstance keeping pendency of this complaint will not serve the purpose. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
