This petition filed under Section-27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to punish the  respondents  /  opposite parties for disobedience of the orders  of this  Forum dated 31-12-2015.

 

 

This petition coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                                                 Sri T. Gopal Reddy, advocate for the petitioner / complainant and                                            Sri Y. Venkata Suresh, advocate for the respondent No.1  / opposite party No.1 and               Sri K. Sesha Reddy, advocate   for the opposite party No.2 and this Forum passed the following:

Heard both sides.  Received order of Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad in F.A.No.153/2016  against C.C.No.24/2014 of District Forum, Nellore.  The Hon’ble State Commission dismissed the appeal  recording full satisfaction of claim of the complainant / D.Hr. by O.P.1 for Rs.11,28,462.40 Ps.  Hence, this E.A. is terminated, as already Full Satisfaction is recorded by the State Commission.
