Appellant is the Opposite Party. Respondents are the Complainants in C.C.No.71/2013 on the file of District Forum, Nalgonda. The District Forum allowed the complaint dated 30.01.2014.
Aggrieved by the said order, the Opposite Party preferred this appeal, praying to allow as follows:-
- To take the appeal on the file.
- To set aside the orders of the District Forum in CC.No.71 of 2013 dated 30.01.2014.
- To award costs of the appeal and other reliefs.
As per the docket orders dated 07.02.2017 the matter was ordered to be posted under dismissal caption. Hence the matter appears in today’s cause list under dismissal caption. Appellant called absent. Counsel for R1 and R2 present. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the Appellant though the matter stands posted under dismissal caption. It seems that the Appellant is no more interested in prosecuting the appeal.
In the circumstances this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
