            The complainant- along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OPs   is also present.

            By a verified petition, the Ld. Advocate for the complainant states that the OPs have already replaced new Laptop in place of the defective Laptop to the complainant along with compensation of Rs.5000/- as full and final settlement of the complainant. As such the complainant has no interest to proceed with the case and prays for passing necessary order.

            Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the complainant is filed.

Heard both sides.

 The problem of the complainant has been settled down with full and final satisfaction of the complainant and as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case anymore, so the case is disposed of .

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No.  58/2024 be and the same is disposed of.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
