[1]        This complaint is filed on 22/01/2019. The Complainant  was heard, and the complaint was admitted on 22/03/2019. Notice was sent to the Opponents to appear. The Opponents appeared and filed their Written Version. The Complainant  was to file evidence thereafter; but failed to appear. No evidence order was passed against the Complainant  on 28/03/2022. The Complainant  failed to appear thereafter and failed to take further steps. A notice was issued to the Complainant  to appear and given a last chance to appear on 04/03/2024. Even after so many opportunities, the Complainant  has failed to appear. Hence, this complaint is dismissed in default for want of the presence of the Complainant. 

[2]        With the aforesaid discussion,, we pass the following order :

1. For want of the presence of the Complainant , the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to as to costs

3. The certified copy of this order  to be furnished to both parties free of cost

4. The member sets, if any, shall be returned to the Complainant.  In case the Complainant  fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the copy of the order, the same may be destroyed.
