The complainant – Sri Avijit De along with his Ld. Advocate is present. 

The Ld. Advocates for the OPs  are  also present.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides.

The complainant verbally states that he has already got                                Rs. 5, 95,426/- from the OPs and he is fully satisfied with his claim. He has no other claim against the OPs and prays for disposing of the case in full satisfaction.  

            As the dispute was settled down in between the parties out of the Ld. Commission with full satisfaction of the complainant, so the case is disposed of.

         As the case being No. CC/2/2024 is disposed of, so the M.A. Case being No. 1/2024 is also disposed of.

     Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
