Both the parties are present on call. Ops filed their written version, Copy served to the complainant.

Perused the complaint petition and written version of the O.Ps .It appears that their exist elements of a settlement which may be acceptable to the parties accordingly the parties present before the Commission are directed within five days to give their consent in writing to have their dispute settle by mediation.

Later on both the parties filed a compromise petition stating therein that  they have amicably settled their disputes on their sweet will .The Superintendent  Engineer  Upper Indravati Left Canal Division. No.1 ,Kusumkhunti ,Kalahandi, undertake to rectify the voters list of Maa Bhandargharani Pani Panchayat , Ghumer on proper verification and they shall prepare a fresh voter list for election of the said Pani Panchyat and the complainant is satisfied upon the undertaking of the opposite parties  and agreed with the proposal and do not want to proceed further  in this case.

Perused the compromised petition and taken into record and explained the contents of the compromise petition to the parties. As, both the parties with their sweet will settle their dispute amicably and do not want to proceed further in this case and prayed  to disposed this case, in such circumstances this consumer complaint and any other interim application pending if any as on date is disposed off without interfering into the merits of the case leaving the parties to bearing their own cost.
