In CC.No.572014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.21,400 Rupees Twenty one thousand four hundred only to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

And further opposite party No.1 shall pay Rs.2,000 Rupees two thousand only each towards the cost of litigation expenses in all the complaints. Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

Complaints against Opposite party No.2 is hereby dismissed in C.C. Nos. 14, 15, 42, 43, 44, 53, 54, 57 & 62.2014,  294 & 295.2013.
