  The complaint was filed by the complainant under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling Britannia Marie Gold Biscuit along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant.
 No representation for complainant.  Opposite parties present.  Sufficient opportunities given. Continuously no representation for complainant on 25.04.2023, 04.05.2023, 11.05.2023, 22.05.2023, 26.05.2023, 09.06.2023, 22.06.2023 and 27.06.2023.  Hence the Consumer Complaint is dismissed for default.  No Cost.
