Case record taken up for hearing. Both parties are present and filed petition jointly stating therein that matter has been compromised and claim amount is settled at Rs.1,70,000/- payable to the complainant. It is found that the complainant has agreed with this settlement without any force, coercion and under influence. Accordingly, complaint is allowed. The Joint memo filed by the parties be formed as part of this order.

In view of above said settlement of the dispute, the O.Ps is hereby directed to fulfill their obligation by paying Rs.1,70,000/- within one month from the date of this order failing which interest @9% per annum over the aforesaid settled amount shall be payable to the complainant by the O.P till realization of the settled amount. Complaint is disposed off accordingly.
