        This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri S.Sathyanarayana, Advocate for the Complainants, and Sri A.Vasantha Rao, Advocate for the Opposite Party No.1, and Sri G.Jawaharlal, Advocate for the Opposite Party No.2, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        I.A.No.19/2016,  U/R 109(2) of C.R.P.  is allowed.   Complainants-1 to 3 are present.  R-1 is present.  Advanced from 11/07/2016 to this day.  Memo filed by Complainants not pressing the complaint.  Memo recorded.       

In view of Memo, in the result, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
