           This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  prays to direct the  opposite parties  to restore the said 4 insurance policies without any conditions  and only taking   late fee and without 50% additional premium, to pay Rs.50,000/-  towards mental agony  and to grant costs.

                                                              .  

          This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri Arigela Nagendra Sai, advocate for the complainant  and                                          Sri A.V. Murali Krishna,  advocate for the opposite parties and this Forum made the following:

Complainant absent.  No representation on behalf of complainant, inspite of sufficient time given for filing affidavits.  In these circumstances, keeping   pendency of complaint,  as the  complainant failed to adduce the evidence will not serve the purpose.  Hence the  complaint is dismissed for default.
