CC.No.548 /2016 to 559/2016 (12 cases) disposed off. (BASE FERTILITY.

 

Case called out. Complainant absent. However, counsel for the O.P present and asked him to take steps and the case is keep it by in order to take steps.

When the case is called for the second time complainants and their counsel both are absent. No representation made on their behalf.

On perusal of the order sheet it discloses that since 15.06.2016 matter is posted for steps and on some occasions complainant absent and some other occasions complainant counsel prays to take steps, but no steps taken to assist the Forum to carry-out the further proceedings. Despite sufficient and final opportunity complainant did not make any attempts to take steps.  It shows that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case.  Under the circumstances, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
