In the result, the complaint is allowed in part directing the opposite parties jointly and severally to pay to the complainant the assured sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with vested bonus along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of the complaint i.e. 8-7-2011 till the date of its realization and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards compensation and Rs.500/- towards costs of the complaint within one month from the date of the present order.
