                        Complainant is present. O.P. No.1 filed compromise term. Copy served. Heard. The Complainant shall return the defective product to the O.Ps in his residence and the O.Ps shall give a certificate that the product is as per the purchase memo along with warranty card etc. The O.Ps shall pay Rs. 23,075/- to the Complainant and litigation expenses of Rs. 5000/-. The entire process shall complete within one month. In case of non-compliance the Complainant is at liberty to execute the order through process of law. Case is compromised on above terms and closed.
