Decree Holder and JDr are present.  JDr submits that OP1 in CC No. 52/2010 whose salary has to be deducted every month has been deducted till he is transferred from his jurisdiction and now the said OP1 transferred to the Devadurga Technical Service Centre, Raichur District and he has intimated about the same in the LPC of the said official and it is for the Sericulture Extension Officer of Devadurga to recover and send the amount to the Decree Holder.

            In view of the above, Sericulture Extension Officer, Technical Service Centre, Devadurga, Raichur District, is hereby directed to recover Rs.1400/- per month from the salary of Sri. K. Ravi Prakash and send it to the Decree Holder at the rate of Rs.1400/- per month till the loan of the Complainant is fully satisfied.  Hence, this Execution Petition is disposed of.
