Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

Complainant and OP1 on behalf of himself and OP2 present.   Complainant filed memo as follows:

                   “We both the parties agreed to settle the above dispute outside the Court as the opposite parties paid an amount of

Rs.11,950/- (Eleven thousand nine hundred and fifty only) by way of DDs drawn on Syndicate Bank, Labbipet, Vijayawada1-, bearing Nos.

1. 595387 for Rs.11,000/- on 03-12-2011
2. 595386 for Rs.     950/- on 03-12-2011

and the above complainant received the above said amount towards the final settlement of the claim.  Hence we pray the Hon’ble Forum to close the matter without costs”.

In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   No costs.
