COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

          Shri Rajiv Kuhar Adv. for respondents.

 

ORDER

          Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant for the payment of Rs. 35000/- and the respondents will make the payment of the aforesaid amount to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of this order.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is agree with the statement made by Shri Rajiv Kuhar Adv. on behalf of the respondents. Keeping in view the statement made by Shri Rajiv Kuhar Adv. he does not want to continue with the present complaint since the matter has been compromised in between the complainant and respondents for Rs. 35000/-

          Statement recorded separately.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by both the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised in between both the parties. The respondents are directed to do the needful within the stipulated period, otherwise, the amount of Rs. 35000/- shall fetch interest at the rate of 09% per annum from the date of filling of the present complaint till its realization.

File be consigned after due compliance.
