O.P files hazirah. The Complainant files some documents.

The Complainant files a petition for permitting him to adopt his written Complainant as his evidence. The Petition be treated as M.A No. 50/2018.

Heard both sides.

            We find no impediment to allow the petition of the Complainant and Prayer is liable to be allowed.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 18/05/2018 filed by the Complainant for permitting him to adopt his written Complainant as evidence i.e. M.A No. 50/2018 is allowed on contest.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of accordingly.
