              The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition. The     Complainant personally present and submitted that he has no claimed against the O.Ps. The O.Ps have ready complied the defective goods and returned with it new one.

          As the Complainant desires to closed the case, We do not feel to continue the case further and accordingly the case is closed as withdrawn.
