                   Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite partiesNo.2 and 3.               Opposite party No.1 exparte.

                  

                     Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite Party No.1 and 2 made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to pay Rs.36000/- as depreciated value of the fridge out of original cost of Rs.45800/-  within a period of thirty days, subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old fridge  alongwith all accessories with the Opposite parties within ten days. Therefore, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3, she does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties  recorded separately in this regard

2.                   In view of the statements made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Therefore, the same stands disposed off  accordingly. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
