Present:-        None for the complainant.

ORDER:                 

                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, but none appeared on behalf of the complainant despite calling the case several times since morning.  On 26.8.2015, the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant for 17.9.2015.  On that day, evidence of the complainant was not present and the case was fixed for 30.10.2015 for evidence of the complainant and last opportunity was granted.  On 30.10.2015, no evidence on behalf of the complainant was produced   and the case was fixed for 22.12.2015 for evidence complainant. On 22.12.2015, the no evidence was present and the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant and it was made clear that no further date shall be given. Today, neither the complainant nor  his counsel has appeared since morning. It is already 4.00PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
