The complaint admitted on 05/06/2018.  The matter is awaiting filing of Affidavit of Evidence since 20/12/2021.  The complainant absent on all subsequent dates.  Last chance to appear given by previous Commission to appear on 16/01/2023.  Subsequently complainant continued to stay absent. Hence we pass order;

ORDER

1. For want of presence of complainant the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The certified copy of this order to be furnished to both parties free of cost.

4.  The member sets shall be returned to the complainant. In case the complainant fails to collect the said sets in the 30 days from receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
