            The record is placed before the National Lok Adalat for settlement.

            Complainant along with his Ld. Advocate as well as O.P.-Bank is present with the Ld. Advocate.

            Heard both sides.

Both parties agreed to the settlement amount of Rs.2,50,000/-(Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only. It has also been agreed between the parties that the complainant would pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) only on 11.12.2023(Monday) before the Bank and the Bank would issue him the receipt of Rs.50,000/- and the remaining amount of Rs.2,00,000/-(Two Lakh) only would be paid by the complainant to the O.P.-Bank within five months from this day and the O.P. would issue all the relevant documents and NOC to the complainant on payment of balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/-(Two Lakh) only.

The matter stands settled.

Accordingly, two M.A. cases being Nos.53/2023 & 54/2023 as well as the Consumer Complaint being No.51/2023 be and the same is disposed of before the National Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
