The Ld. Agents on behalf of the Complt and the O.P. No.2 approaches that the case has been settled between them.

The Complt has been delivered the pass book.

The Complt is also satisfied and not interested to proceed with the case. For this the Complt has submitted a petition along with the signature of both the agents of the Complt and O.P under this circumstances for the speedy disposal of such case by the Ld. Forum, it is decided that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution of compromise.
