01. This is an appeal filed under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act by the complainant, to set aside the impugned order dated 29.04.2014 passed by the District Forum, Nalgonda in CC No. 33 of 2013.
02. It is noticed from the record that there was no representation for the appellant/complainant on several previous dates of hearing right from December, 2015. Today also there is no representation whatsoever for the appellant/complainant, even though, the matter has been posted under the caption of “ Dismissal’. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
