Complainant filed memo stating that the matter is settled out of Forum and  he received total amount of Rs.6, 52,500/- (Rupees Six lakh fifty two thousand and five hundred only) by way of cheque form respondents towards full satisfaction of the claim and case may be dismissed by recording full satisfaction.
