          ORDER

The complaints are allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts in CC.No.378/2014 Rs.3,59,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs Fifty nine thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to  C8, in CC.No.390/2014 Rs.72,000/- (Rupees Seventy Two thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.402/2014 Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.395/2014 Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.396/2014 Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One lakh Twenty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C8, in CC.No.404/2014 Rs.2,11,500/- (Rupees Two lakhs eleven thousand five hundred only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.393/2014  Rs.2,26,900/- (Rupees Two lakhs Twenty six thousand nine hundred only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3, in CC.No.403/2014 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.405/2014 Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3, in CC.No.406/2014 Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C5, in CC.No.407/2014 Rs.12,500/- (Rupees Twelve thousand five hundred only) i.e Ex.C1 and C2, in CC.No.286/2014 Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.305/2014 Rs.4,19,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs nineteen thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C8, in CC.No.381/2014 Rs.38,740/- (Rupees Thirty eight  thousand seven hundred forty only) i.e Ex.C2 to C4,  along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) in each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
