ORDER

Order pronounced. The opposite parties 1 to 3 are directed to pay Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty thousand only) with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of complaint i.e from 29.1.2010 till the date of realisation and to pay Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) towards compensation and to pay Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand only) towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
