The case is posted today for filing of fresh step against O.Ps. by the complainant . The complainant is absent on repeated call . Perused the case record it is found that, the complainant has not filed fresh step against O.Ps. since 18/12/2023 to till date . Sufficient opportunity has been given to the complainant for step i.e. proper address of the O.Ps. . Further more the complaint petition shows the complainant has filed case against the Society for non receiving of price of milk sold to the society . On bare reading of the complaint petition the complainant is not a consumer, rather a product seller of Milk . Hence the case is not maintainable and dismissed on merit .
