The complaint admitted on 17/06/2019.  Thereafter complainant has been absent on 28/02/2020; 17/07/2020; 10/08/2021; 11/03/2022; 06/07/2022; 30/01/2023;

On 31/07/2023; the order was as follows complainant absent, matter pending for filing notice report since 28/02/2020.  Complainant given last chance to file notice report on 07/12/2023.  Complainant is absent on 07/12/2023. Hence we pass order;

ORDER

1. For want of presence of complainant the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The certified copy of this order to be furnished to both parties free of cost.

4.  The member sets shall be returned to the complainant. In case the complainant fails to collect the said sets in the 30 days from receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
