1)                This is a complaint filed u/s 17(1)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act  to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs. 26,95,286/- claimed under various heads  and to provide the facilities as sought for in the complaint. 

2)                The learned counsel for the complainant  Sri B. Ram Mohan Reddy filed a memo reporting no instructions  from the party to proceed further in the matter.

3)                In the light of memo filed by the learned counsel for the complainant,  and in view of the fact  that similar matters filed against the very same opposite parties  by various complainants in CC Nos. 14/2012, 15/2012 and CC 55/2012 to 61/2012  were dismissed   by this Commission on 20.2.2012 as withdrawn, this  complaint is also dismissed.  No costs.
