01.     This is an appeal   filed under Section 15  of the Consumer Protection Act by the complainant to set aside the impugned order dated 07.09.2016 passed by the District Forum –III, Hyderabad in CC No. 152 of 2016.

02.     Even though it was informed as long back as on in August, 2017 that the appellant/complainant died, till no steps were taken.  Hence the appeal is dismissed.
