The O.P No.1 files a petition dated 12.04.2018 praying for vacating ex parte hearing order against them is taken up for hearing and passing order treating the same as M.A 36/2018. Copy served

            Heard both sides.

            During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.P No.1 submits that due to missing of their diary they are unable to take steps, which may be condoned.

            We find that the cause shown is sufficient and accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

Ordered

that the petition dated 12.04.2018 praying for vacating ex parte hearing order against O.P No1 i.e. M.A No. 36/2018 is allowed on contest. No cost.
