The case record is posted to 20.03.2024 the complainant Adv. Filed a memo is allowed . The petitioner advocated filed advance petition to receive the cheque stating that as per deposit of opposite party on amount of Rs.4,73,496/-( Rupees Four Lakhs seventy three thousand four hundred ninety six ) only in shape of cheque as per applicable compromise and settlement of amount baring ch. No. 647364 dated 20.02.2024 of ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar.

The complainant being present he is ready to receive the cheque is his full and final satisfaction of complainant. He is also filed photo copy of Aadhar card in support of his identification.

Hence he is allowed to received the cheque on due endorsement. the case is dropped accordingly.
