This complaint is filed under section 17 (1) (a) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying this Commission to direct the Opposite Party to play Rs.20,39,000/- to the Complainant towards insurance amount and to award Rs.1,00,000/- towards damages and inconvenience as well as for the mental agony caused due to delay and to award costs of this complaint.
No representation for Complainant. From November,2017 there has been no representation for the Complainant, even though the matter underwent several adjournments. Today also no representation.
Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
