The respondent shall reconnect the telephone
that was provided to the complainant 
within fifteen days from the date of this 
order without insisting the payment of 
amount due on the bills already claimed
The respondent shall pay a compensation 
of Rs.10,000 within three months 
from the date of this order. The above amount
is not paid within three months from the date 
of this order, the respondent shall pay an 
interest of 16 percent p.a. on the above amount of 
Rs.10,000 from the date of the complaint 
to the date of payment
The complainant shall pay the amount of 
Rs.525 only within 7 days from the date
of re connection of telephone
The respondent shall issue separate trunk 
call bills after calculating the rate at 
Rs.2 per call till the rates are revised 
by the central Govt. and refund the excess
amount already claimed within 3 months 
from the date of this order in respect of 
calls to Madhugiri from Badavanahalli
The department shall not claim and collect 
the rents of the phone during the 
period of disconnection
The respondent shall pay a cost of Rs.500
to the complainant as the costs of this 
petition
