            We find that cause shown for nonappearance is sufficient and accepted.

                                    That the petition dated 19/09/2018 filed the O.P for vacating exparte order i.e. M.A Case No. 115/2018 is allowed. No cost.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

          The complainant has already filed evidence on affidavit.
