          The record is put up to-day  as 10.08.2020 was declared as shot down due to covid-19 complainant present in  person and submitted that as he is maintaining  distance an adjournment is necessary. Perused the complainant petition the complainant has not filed  any documents. The complainant petition does not disclose the O.Ps are service provider for the  stolen mobile hand set of the complainant. Hence the case is not admissible.

           Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed as not admitted.

Later:- Documents as per list filed by the complainant. All  documents are Xerox copy . since order has already been passed the same has not been considered.

         Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  12^th  day of   August ’  2020.
