Inspector of Co.op.Socities in the house of Srikanta Mukharjee,

Maruti Nagar, Gobindtola Near Hanuman Temple

Perused the case record. the Complainant is a resident of Kanloi Bagdia Ps-Chhendipada Dist-Angul and by giving a temporary address of Dhanupali, Sambalpur filed the complaint. The vehicle has been purchased in Angul, release and seizure made by Kanloi Branch SBI, the loan has been closed on 03.03.2021. No any cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Commission nor the Complainant filed any residential proof. Accordingly, I am not inclined to continue this complaint in this Commission and as preliminary issue the complaint is disposed of due to lack of territorial jurisdiction. The Complainant is at liberty to file the complaint before the competent commission having jurisdiction.
