However as the decretal amount deposited and counsels for the Dhr is intensifier to receive amount from this case and want dropped the execution petition there is no legal impediment to close the case as fully satisfied by the DHR. Accordingly counsels for Dhr is allowed to receive the cheque worth due acknowledgement and the Ea petition is dropped as finally complied. A copy of cheque he kept in record.
