          Today the case is fixed for issuing notice to the respondent-JDs on filling the registered AD cover by the complainant within 7 days as directed vide order dated 22.05.2015,. But despite availing ample opportunities for this purpose including the last opportunity afforded on 22.05.2015 for today 01.07.2015, the complainant has filed to submit the registered AD cover within 7 days as directed vide order dated 22.05.2015 and due to this, notice could not be sent to the respondents-JDs.

          The Present execution petition was filed on 22.09.2014. almost nine months have elapsed. But till date the complainant-DH even has failed to get serve the respondents in the present case and has also failed to submit the registered AD cover within 7 days as directed vide order dated 22.05.2015. It appears that the complainant-DH  is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. Accordingly, we have no other option except to dismiss the present execution petition due to non-filling of registered AD cover within 7 days as directed vide order dated 22.05.2015. We order accordingly.

File be consigned after due compliance.
