Both the complainant and opposite parties are present in present in person before this forum. While pending disposal of the case, the parties submit before this Forum that they have compromised the case to outside the court as the claim of the complainant is adjusted wholly with the opposite parties on the condition that the opposite parties should replace a new (power zone) battery instead of the old defective (power zone) Battery which was purchased from their shop on 13/12/2015.

            Accordingly the case is disposed of. Announced in the open Court.
