          At this stage, ld. Counsel for the respondent –JD has made a statement that he is ready to deliver the cheque No. 876254 dated 30.05.2015 worth Rs. 279020/- to the Complainant as full and final payment.

Complainant –DH in person has made a statement that he has received the above mentioned cheque. However if any TDS has been deducted the respondent –JD be directed to provide the TDS certificate.

Statement of both the parties recorded.

Heard.

Keeping in view the statement of both the parties, the execution petition has been satisfied and no further action is required to be taken in the present Execution petition and thus the present execution petition stands disposed off with the direction to the respondent –JD that if any TDS has been deducted TDS certificate be provided to the Complainant. .

File be consigned after due compliance.
