The complainant and O.Ps file hazira.

The petition dated 01.06.2018 filed by the complainant praying for amendment of the complaint is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A No. 76/2018.

Heard both sides.

We find that by proposed amendment the complainant intends to rectify some digits of a Bank Account, which is formal in nature and liable to be allowed.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 01.06.2018 filed by the complainant praying for amendment of the complaint i.e. M.A No. 76/2018 is allowed on contest but without cost.

            Amend the complaint.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.
