No step is taken by Dhr.Jdr files hazira.Hd Ld advocate for the Jdr.Seen the certified copy of the order of the Honourable National Commission passed in revision petition No.3909 of 2014.It appears that Honourable National Commission has already dismissed the complaint filed by the Dhr/Complainant.Therefore, in view of the order of the Honourable National commission the instant execution case is dismissed.

   Seen the petition filed by the Jdr.Praying for returning a sum of Rs.1286194 which was deposited by the Jdr as per order of the Honourable National Commission.

  It appears from the certified copy of the order of Honourable National Commission passed in revision petition No.3909 of 2014 that no order was passed by the Honourable National Commission regarding the said deposited amount.

  In such a position we are unable to pass any order of return or refund for the said amount.
