O R D E R

           Ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 2 & 3 has made a statement that the respondent no. 2 and 3 are ready to refund Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) against the billing cost of mobile worth Rs. 18500/- to the complainant within 40 days subject to the condition that the mobile should not be liquid logged/physical damage and the complainant shall return the defective mobile set along with its all accessories i.e. charger, battery and earphone lead.

           Similarly complainant has made a statement that he is ready to accept the amount worth of Rs. 10000/- (Rs. Ten thousand ) against the billing cost of mobile worth Rs. 18500/- and he is also ready to return the defective mobile set along with its all accessories i.e. charger, battery, and earphone lead. Since the matter has been compromised, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

           Hear.

           Keeping in view the above, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is directed to deposit the defective mobile set along with its accessories with the respondent no. 2 at the earliest possible so that the respondents no. 2 and 3 could make the payment of the settled amount within the stipulated period.

          File be consigned after due Compliance.
